Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, though a bit of a walk from the lifts. The location is ideal for exploring the Midlands and South East of Ireland. The dining options are varied, but some experiences may vary. Overall a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, making it hard to believe we were in a busy hotel. The bar meal was delicious, and the quantity of tea and coffee in the room was just right. However, some areas of the hotel appeared to need a bit of upkeep.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and had everything I needed, but they tended to be on the warm side when the air conditioning was off. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, but they were not very accommodating for someone on crutches. The location, set in a lovely countryside, was perfect for a casual tea or coffee, yet the staff at the nearby pub were unfriendly and disinterested. The dining experience was a nice getaway to meet friends, but it needs some improvements. Overall, the quantity of customers seemed to be a priority over the quality of service in some areas.
The hotel offers nice and airy rooms, with a large and comfortable bathroom. It's conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Cashel Rock. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location, close to the M8, provides easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was good overall. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though some areas need refurbishing.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was unbelievably spacious and clean, though the food was just average. The service went beyond my expectations, with a very nice man, who I suspect might be the owner, and lovely cleaners. The location is perfect for exploring the Midlands and South East of Ireland, despite some minor inconveniences with the window and duvet. The dining experience was excellent, especially the homemade soda bread, with a very powerful shower and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch.
